Because shirts are made to order, returns are handled with a little more care than a normal shelf item. The goal is simple: if something is wrong, we want to fix it; if the shirt was worn into battle, we probably cannot take it back.
return window
Contact support within 14 days of delivery for return questions. Eligible items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received.
damaged or misprinted items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or meaningfully different from what was ordered, contact support with the order email and clear photos of the issue. These cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
non-returnable items
Washed, worn, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a fulfillment issue.
